Layer allows you to download a backup copy of all files contained in your Project. You may choose to do so periodically while the Project is active or just when the Project is complete.

πŸ’‘ Tip: This is an easy way to download all of the photos you have collected in your project at one time.

Follow these steps:

  1. Open the Project of which you wish to create a backup.

  2. Click the gear icon next to the Project Name then click Export Project Data.

3. In the window that opens, click the Start Backup/Update Backup button. This will create a .zip file which can then be downloaded by clicking Download Latest Backup.

Note: Projects with large amounts of data or numerous photos may take a few minutes to complete the backup and download process. If the project files are too large, please reach out to our support team to help with the backup.
